One-Time VMS Tune Up

  Salem Automation will provide the following system services:

• Installation Phone Support     
• Create Backup Script for Fundamental LTC to incorporate the following:
• Create Image backups of all disk drives to virtual tape
• Create script to run backups to individual vtapes for each day of week
• Run script to define length of time and size of vtape
• Provide copy on backup script to client
• Estimated time for process 4 hours prep time
• Two hours online web meeting for implementation and testing

• Unlimited VMS Phone Support 24 x 7 with Online System Management Services and Problem Reporting

Includes unlimited phone support (4-hour response) to answer questions about the VMS operating system, first year setup of online access, installation of Remote System Monitoring software and system audit.  Includes 24 hours per year of dedicated online system management services to solve problems, setup user accounts or any other VMS system management tasks.  Includes weekly online access to review the system status and generate a weekly report of system status with any problems highlighted.
