ABNet – ABNet allows direct communication from a VMS platform such as a VAX, Alphaserver, CHARON VAX, CHARON Alpha or HP Integrity system running VMS to a variety of Allen-Bradley ControLogix PLCs via direct Ethernet connection or via ControlLogix DHRIO Gateway to Data Highway PLUS. Allen-Bradley PLCs ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC, and PLC 5 PLCs are supported. The ABNet interface can be called from a user’s C or FORTRAN program. ABNET follows the Rockwell Interchange for VMS call format so that Interchange can be replaced with ABNet just by linking against ABNet libraries - No programming changes or compiles required! ABNet support many of the DTL Interchange calls, and additional calls can be added as needed.
UPSStat - UPSStat for CHARONVAX is an all-in-one UPS solution which will allow y o u r CHARON-VAX system to shut down safely in the event of a power outage. In the event of a power outage, UPSStat detects the power left reaching a predefined level and initiates a safe shutdown process to ensure no loss of data and the fastest possible restart once power is restored. UPSStat is configured to shut down your CHARON-VAX emulator prior to the shutdown of the rest of your Windows processes. Without this protection CHARON-VAX users may face corrupted files and a slower restart when the system is restarted. This product will also enable any VMS system to communicate with smart UPS systems for orderly shutdowns.
PS2DEC - PS2DEC Keyboard & Mouse Converter is designed to allow direct interface of a standard PC 101 PS2 style keyboard and PC PS2 mouse to a VAXStation. VGA to RGB conversion cable is available as part of he conversion. Some DEC function keys are non-existent on the PC 101 keyboard. These keys are remapped using a combination of Shift and Function key to provide DEC LK functionality. See the user manual for additional information.
